✏️ Can I edit my order after it’s placed?Updated a month ago

You can make changes to your order as long as the Order Status is still marked 'Unfulfilled' in your Member Account. 🎁 

• Here’s what you can edit:

  • Shipping Name and Address

  • Santa Letter

  • Nice Certificate

  • Santa Photo

  • Santa Flight Plan

  • Friendship Certificates

  • Parchment Nice List Book

  • North Pole Newspaper

To make changes:

1. Log into your Member Account

2. Go to Order History

3. Click on the order you’d like to edit

4. Scroll past the receipt to find your Edit buttons
