🎅 Each Santa Letter Package is personalized for one child, so every child receives their own special Santa experience.

If you're ordering for more than one child, each child will have their own shippable order.

Personalize Now becomes available October 7, 2026.

For each child:

1. Choose a Santa Letter Package.
2. Select Personalize Now.
3. Personalize the package for that child.
4. Complete checkout.
5. Repeat for each additional child.

Each child will have their own order number and shipment.

🎁 Pre-Order

You may Pre-Order multiple Silver, Gold, or Platinum packages.

Beginning October 7, open your Package From Santa Member Account, go to Order History, and select Personalize Now for each Pre-Order one at a time.

Each completed personalization creates a separate shippable order for that child.

📬 Will the packages arrive together?

Not necessarily.

Each child's Santa Letter Package ships separately, so packages ordered or shipped around the same time may still arrive on different days.

If you're planning to give them to your children together, we recommend waiting until all packages have arrived.
