At PackageFromSanta.com, placing an order is easy and magical—whether you want to personalize your Santa letter package right away or pre-order and personalize later. We offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages starting at $9.95, with shipping to the continental US and Canada only. You can also come to our site to order Stocking Stuffer Items only. 

Note:If you're new, no account needed upfront; we'll create one for you after ordering.

Option 1: Pre-Order (Personalize Later)

1. If you're new, no account is needed upfront; we'll create one for you after ordering.
   
   
2. Visit our homepage, select your package(s), and choose "Pre-Order" at checkout.
   
   
3. Complete payment—you'll get a non-shippable order number for redemption.
   
   
4. When ready, log in to your Member Account.
   
   
5. Go to Order History, click "Redeem" for each pre-order, and personalize the letter.
   
   
6. Once done, you'll get a shippable order number, and your package will be on its way!

Option 2: Personalize Now (Immediate Customization)

1. If you're new, no account is needed upfront; we'll create one for you after ordering.
   
   
2. Visit our homepage and select your package level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum).
   
   
3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
   
   
4. Enter personalization details for the child's letter (name, age, etc.) during the process.
   
   
5. Provide shipping info, payment, and complete the order—you'll get a shippable order number right away.
   
   
6. We'll email a confirmation. Log in to your Member Account  (email + secure code, no password) to view or edit unshipped orders.

After ordering the personalized Santa Letter Package, access bonuses in Member Account > Manage Order > Bonuses. 

Option 3: Order Individual Stocking Stuffer Items:

1. If you're new, no account is needed upfront; we'll create one for you after ordering.

2. Visit our Stocking Stuffers page and scroll to Santa's Helpers Extra Goodies.

3. Select your desired items and add them to your cart.
   

4. At checkout, set the shipping name and address to the parent/guardian to keep it a secret surprise.

5. Complete payment and receive your order confirmation.

6. Access your order details anytime in your Member Account.
