🎥 Keepsake Versions: If you purchased this version in 2023 and years prior, we apologize that we are not able to bring back those videos due to our migration to a new environment. However, any keepsake versions going forward will be available in your Member Account:

2. Off-season, select the year and click 'Download' next to your chosen video. A 3-5 hour wait ⏳ might be needed.
