❄️ Delays happen, especially during holidays or blizzards, but we're committed to delivering magic. We ship via USPS within the continental US and Canada only—here's how to handle it.

What to expect and do:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for the method (First-Class: 4-6 days, no tracking; Ground/Priority: 2-5 days with tracking).
  2. Track via USPS if available (link in your email or Member Account). Holidays/weather can add 3-7 days.
  3. If delayed, tell your child a fun story: "A North Pole blizzard slowed Santa's sleigh!" or have your Elf deliver it later.

We can't guarantee dates once shipped, but if it's way overdue (after 10 days), contact us for reship options or refunds.
