Experiencing shipping delays?Updated 16 days ago

🎄 Every holiday season, shipping carriers across the U.S. and Canada handle an overwhelming volume of packages—which can cause unexpected delays, especially in November and December.

📫 First-Class Mail (USPS):
This shipping method does not include tracking and may take longer to arrive (Holiday rush 10-14). It’s not unusual for packages to arrive as late as Christmas Eve, even when shipped early.

Note: Amazon orders take priority, so it delays our packages from being delivered.

We know waiting is tough—especially when holiday magic is on the line! Please know our team ships out orders as quickly as they can, but once they're with USPS or UPS, delivery is out of our hands.

Tracking shows no movement or 'arriving late"?
During this busy season, USPS often experiences heavy volume, which can cause delays in both movement and tracking updates. It is very common for packages to go without a new scan, and sometimes they are not scanned again until the day they are actually delivered.

While the USPS can't guarantee an exact delivery date, and we are hoping it arrives very soon. 🙏
