You can easily make changes to your order as long as the status shows "Unfulfilled" in your Member Account. This includes updates to:

• Shipping Name and Address

• Billing Address

• Santa Letter

• Nice Certificate

• Santa Photo

• Santa Flight Plan

• Friendship Certificates

• Parchment Nice List Book

• North Pole Newspaper

🎄 Here’s how to make changes:

1. Log into your Member Account.

2. Go to Order History.

3. Locate the Order Number you'd like to update.

4. Click Manage Order.

   • To edit shipping, scroll past the receipt area.
