📝 How to log into My Member Account?Updated a month ago

Accessing your account is now easier and more secure—but we understand it might be a little confusing at first, so we apologize! With our move to a new platform in 2024 (Shopify), we’ve switched to a password-free login process using Shop Login, not ShopPay. This will be updated for the 2025 Christmas holiday season, so there will be no confusion! 

But for now... here’s everything you need to know:


🎁 How to Log In

1. New Customer placing an order?
You don’t need to create an account to place your order. Once the checkout is complete, your Member Account will be created with the email provided.  

2. Log in Using PackageFromSanta.com Shop Login

  • Go to the Member Account. 

  • Click "Sign in with Shopand enter your email address associated with your order(s) placed with us. 

  • To complete your login, you’ll receive a one-time 6-digit code by email or text to complete your login. 

🎄 Helpful Tip: If sent to your email, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders just in case! Comcast services and other providers, may might take a few extra minutes for the code to arrive.


🔐 FAQ

Do I need to create a ShopPay account?
Nope! Just enter your email and you’ll receive a one-time code by email or text to log in securely—no ShopPay account needed.

Why can’t I use my old password?
Our new system uses secure, password-free verification to keep your account extra safe. Passwords are no longer used.
