If you're not already logged in, click here to sign in through Shopify’s secure system (called Shop). Enter the email or phone number tied to your order, and you'll receive a one-time 6-digit code to log in.

💡 Tip: Don’t forget to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders if you don’t see the code right away—especially if you use Comcast or similar providers!

📦 For Pre-Orders: Complete Personalization First
If you placed a Pre-Order, your Bonus Items won’t unlock until you personalize and confirm your Santa Letter Package.
✨ Once that’s done, your Bonus Items will magically appear in your account!

🧾 Go to “Order History”
After logging in, head to your Order History to see your current Santa Letter Package details.

🎉 Find the “Bonus Items” Section
Once your package is confirmed, you’ll see a list of Bonus Items tied to your order. Click each item to personalize, download, and enjoy!
