🎅 Here’s how to access your Magic Arthur bonuses after your Santa Letter Package is personalized.
Your Magic Arthur bonuses are redeemed through your Package From Santa® Member Account,. Once redeemed, your credits will be added to your free Magic Arthur account.
How to redeem your Magic Arthur bonuses:
Log into your Package From Santa® Member Account
Use the same email address you used when placing your order.Open your shippable Santa Letter Package order
You’ll find your Magic Arthur bonus section under each personalized Santa Letter Package order.Click “Redeem Now”
This will take you to your free Magic Arthur account setup.Verify your email
A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code to finish logging into Magic Arthur.Use your credits
Each personalized Santa Letter Package includes 20 Magic Arthur credits. You can use your credits toward eligible Magic Moments of your choice.
Have more than one Santa Letter Package?
You only need to click Redeem Now once. Credits from your eligible Santa Letter Packages will be combined in your Magic Arthur account. There is no need to redeem each order separately.
Already see “Redeemed”?
That usually means you already started the Magic Arthur setup. Go directly to MagicArthur.com and log in using the same email address you used for your Package From Santa® order.
Where do completed Magic Moments go?
Once you create a Magic Moment, it will appear in your Magic Arthur dashboard under My Magic Moments. It will not appear in your Package From Santa® Member Account.
Magic Arthur items are digital only. Nothing from Magic Arthur is shipped inside your child’s Santa Letter Package.
