🎅 Here’s how to access your Magic Arthur bonuses after your Santa Letter Package has been personalized.

How to redeem your Magic Arthur bonuses:

1. Log into your Package From Santa® Member Account
   Use the same email address you used when placing your order.

2. Go to Order History and open your shippable Santa Letter Package order
   Under your order, look for the Bonus Items section.

   If you only have a Pre-Order, you’ll need to complete it first by clicking Personalize Now in Order History. Once your personalization is complete, a shippable Santa Letter Package order will be created and your Magic Arthur bonus will become available.

3. Click “Redeem Now”
   Clicking Redeem Now will take you through the setup or login process for your free Magic Arthur account.
4. Verify your email
   A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code to finish logging into Magic Arthur.
5. Use your credits
   Each eligible Santa Letter Package includes 20 Magic Arthur credits that can be used toward eligible Magic Moments of your choice.

Have more than one Santa Letter Package?
You only need to click Redeem Now once. Credits from all of your eligible Santa Letter Packages will be combined automatically in your Magic Arthur account. There is no need to redeem each order separately.

Already see “Redeemed”?
That usually means you already started the Magic Arthur setup or may have missed entering your verification code. Go directly to MagicArthur.com and log in using the same email address you used for your Package From Santa® order.
