1. Download the FREE Santa Call App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)—it's the only way to schedule a call from Santa.
2. Log in using your PackageFromSanta.com account email (no password needed; you'll get a secure code).
3. You will have to create or enter an Elf Passcode (parents eyes only) to then select "Schedule Call."
4. Choose a time, enter your child's details (name, age, etc.), and pick a message theme. Calls can go to a landline, cell, or play in-app.
5. Confirm—Santa will call at the scheduled time! If you miss it, replay options are available under voice message in the app.
