📞 How do I schedule a Santa Call using the Online Scheduler?Updated 3 days ago

Scheduling a Santa Call is easier than ever with our Online Scheduler, a favorite option for grandparents that back! 🎅

Here’s how it works:

1. All Santa Calls are schedule through Magic Arthur by clicking here! 

2. Once you agree to the 5 credits, it will ask you to select Santa Call App or Online Scheduler.

3. You will then be taken through the personalization of your Santa Call by entering your child’s details (name, age, etc.).

4. Choose the date and time that works best.

5. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the call is scheduled and once the call has been successfully completed.

6. After scheduling, log into your Magic Arthur Member Account → My Magical Moments to:

   • Reschedule a call if needed.

   • Reschedule a missed call (if the “#2” button wasn’t pressed during the call).

   • Listen to completed calls anytime.

• Online Scheduler: Best for grandparents or adults who want the easiest way to set up a magical call.

• Santa Call App: Best for parents with younger children as the app lets the call come right through your phone and allows you to add a photo of your child for extra magic.
