How Does Magic Arthur Works?Updated 2 days ago
Magic Arthur is our digital side of the North Pole, where you can choose to use your credits towards any of our downloadable Magic Moments (7 Personalized Videos to choose from, Santa Calls, Nice List Guide, and more!). Nothing from Magic Arthur is shippable. Everything is created online, then downloaded and printed on your end.
Here is where you can view all available Magic Moments:

- Browse Magic Moments. Go to the Magic Moments page and look through all the different options. Click on the image to view more details or to view trailer for our Personalized Santa Videos.
- Select a Magic Moment When you click to 'Create Magic' it will confirm you want it and then the credits will be removed from your Magic Arthur account.
- Personalize now or later. You can personalize right away. If you start and then exit for any reason, that Magic Moment will be waiting for you in your "My Magic Moments" area.Ā
- In your account "My Magic Moments" includes both completed and not yet completed.You can go back to finish, view, or download them.
- Separate from PackageFromSanta.com, Magic Arthur items will not appear in your PackageFromSanta.com account because that site is only for shippable items like Santa Letter packages. Magic Arthur is fully digital and lives inside your Magic Arthur account, so no items from Magic Arthur will ship in your child's package.
