🎅 You can pre-order the number and types of Santa Letter Packages you want, and choose to personalize them later.

Because the delivery address and shipping method aren’t selected until personalization is complete, shipping charges are not collected during pre-order.

🛠️ Ready to personalize your Pre-Order?

Here’s how to complete your Santa Letter:

1. Log in to your Member Account

2. Go to your Order History

3. Find your Pre-Order number

4. Click Personalize next to the package

5. Complete all personalization fields

6. Submit to receive a shippable order number

🎁 If your package includes Bonus Items, return to your Member Account after personalization to customize those separately (for non-shippable items).
