❓How will I know my Santa Letter Package has shipped?Updated a month ago

We do our best to get packages shipped within 24-72 hours, but we can not promise (Monday through Friday). Due to the care and personalization that goes into each package, things take time to make them just right. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding with our process. 

You will receive an automated email notification the day your order ships. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or the 'Promotions' folder if you’re using Gmail.

Due to unprecedented USPS delays this season, we kindly ask for your understanding. Packages shipped First Class do not include tracking, and we apologize for any confusion caused by buttons in your Member Account that appear to provide tracking information.

Tracking Information:

  • First Class Shipping: Unfortunately, First Class packages do not include tracking information. Typically takes 1-5 shipping days, but during the holiday rush, packages can take 10-12 business days. 
  • USPS Ground, USPS Priority, or UPS: A tracking number will be included in your shipping notification email.

We’re also working on updating your Member Account to display shipping dates and tracking information for added convenience—stay tuned!
