📞 Missed Santa’s Call or Didn’t Hear It Ring?Updated 2 days ago

We understand how important this magical moment is so don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! ✨

First, check your phone settings:

📲 Mobile settings: Make sure Do Not Disturb, Focus Mode, or Silent Mode wasn’t turned on at the time of the call. Also, confirm that Push Notifications are enabled for the Santa Call App.

📶 Call blockers: Some phones block unfamiliar numbers. Santa’s call comes from a toll-free number, so be sure those are allowed.

Next, reschedule your Santa Call:

  • If you used the Santa Call App:
    Open the App and check for any missed calls. Tap the green EDIT button to reschedule, or follow the on-screen prompts if the EDIT button isn’t visible.

  • If you used the Online Scheduler:
    Log into your Magic Arthur Member Account, go to My Magical Moments, and select your Santa Call to reschedule.

💡 Tip: Always double-check your time zone in the App or Online Scheduler before confirming your rescheduled call.
