Here’s what to do if your call didn’t come through:

📲 Check Your Phone Settings for Mobile:
Make sure Do Not Disturb, Focus Mode, or Silent Mode wasn’t enabled at the time of the call. Also, be sure to have Push Notifications turned on for our Santa Call APP

📶 Check for Call Blockers for outbound calls:
Some phones may block unfamiliar numbers. Santa's call comes from a toll-free number (, so be sure to allow those through!

📆 Reschedule the Call in our Santa Call APP:
If you missed the call, you can easily open the Santa Call APP and see any calls that were missed. You can then click the green EDIT button to reschedule or follow the prompts if the EDIT button isn't visible.
