📌 Important: You must first personalize your Santa Letter Package and receive a shippable order number before bonus items (like your video) become available in your Member Account.

Step 1 – Place Your Order:
Once your Santa Letter Package is ordered, log into your Member Account to access your bonus items.

Step 2 – Personalize:
Customize the video by entering your child’s name, age, gender, and photo so Santa can create a magical, one-of-a-kind video just for them.

Step 3 – Preview & Share:
When the video is ready, it will be emailed to you! Watch it online first to ensure everything is just right—then surprise your child with their magical message from Santa! 🎅
