📭 If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you can’t find it, don’t worry just yet. Carriers may occasionally mark a package Delivered shortly before it is physically available at the delivery location.

📦 First, check these places

• Front or back porch
• Side door or garage
• Mailroom or parcel locker
• Building office or management
• With neighbors or household members

Also double-check the shipping address in your Package From Santa Member Account.

Please allow through the end of the next Package From Santa® business day after the Delivered scan.

If the package still hasn’t appeared after that time, please contact our Magical Support Team and include:
