📅 What information is needed to schedule a Santa call?Updated a month ago

To schedule your child’s magical call from Santa, here’s what you’ll need:

✅ Child’s Name — used for pronunciation during the call
✅ Gender
✅ Age
✅ Location (State/Country) — where Santa will visit on Christmas Eve
✅ Scheduled Date & Time for the call to be received 
✅ Child’s Photo (Optional) — If you're using the Santa Call APP directly, Santa's face will appear alongside your child's photo during the call! 

📅 Scheduling Tip:
If you’re scheduling calls for more than one child in the same household, we recommend spacing calls at least 5 minutes apart to ensure each child gets their special moment with Santa!

📸 Optional Photo:
You can upload a photo of your child, but it's not required. The photo will only appear during the call if it’s received through the Santa Call APP.

Make sure the child is with the person using the APP and the device receiving the call—this ensures the photo and magic appear during the call!
