The Elf Passcode is a 4-digit code created when you first set up your Santa Call APP. This little code helps unlock special features and access for your child’s magical Santa call.

Forgot your Elf Passcode?
No worries—everyone forgets an elf trick or two sometimes! Just tap “Resend Elf Passcode” on the login screen of the app.

🎁 Helpful Tip:
The passcode will be sent to the email associated with your order. Be sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder (especially if you use Gmail) in case it gets caught in there!
