📞Why can't I log into the Santa Call APP?Updated 23 days ago

If you're having trouble logging into the Santa Call APP after recent updates, don’t worry—this can happen when the app needs a quick refresh. Here’s how to fix it and get back to the magic! 🎅✨


✅ Steps to Resolve:

1. Delete the Santa Call APP
Remove the current version of the app from your device:

  • iOS: Tap and hold the app icon, then tap “Delete App.”

  • Android: Tap and hold the app icon, then select “Uninstall.”

2. Reinstall the latest version of the app:

  1. Download for Android
  2. Download for Apple

3. Log Back In
Open the app and log in using the email address used for your order. You’ll receive a 6-digit passcode by email to complete login.

📝 Check your spam/junk folder, or the Promotions tab if you use Gmail—it can sometimes land there! For Comcast.net accounts, it may take longer to receive due to their system, unfortunately. 


🔒 For Returning Customers Who’ve Never Used the App Before:

If you’re a returning customer but this is your first time using the app, it may ask for an Elf Passcode without giving you a chance to set one. No worries—just enter 0000 as your temporary Elf Passcode. You can change it later if you'd like!


✨ After completing these steps, you should be all set to schedule, view, and manage your child’s magical Santa Calls!
