Why do I see multiple order numbers or charges?Updated 11 days ago
It is normal to see more than one order number or charge. The reason depends on how you ordered. Use the scenarios below to match what you did.
Personalize Now
Each child is a separate transaction.
You personalize Child 1, check out, and receive a shippable order number with charges for the package, shipping and handling, and Package Protection if selected.
Repeat for Child 2. You will receive a second shippable order number with its own charges.
Pre-Order, Personalize Later
Your Pre-Order creates a non shippable order number that reserves quantity. No shipping is charged yet.
When you sign in to your Member Account and redeem each red Personalize Now button, you complete a separate checkout per child.
Each redemption creates a shippable order number with charges for shipping and handling and Package Protection if selected.
Separate purchases
If you bought packages in separate checkouts, you would have a separate order number and charge for each checkout.
Magic Arthur bonus items
These are digital, non-shippable bonuses. Your Member Account will show Fulfilled. No physical shipment is sent for these bonuses.
Stocking Stuffer items
Stocking Stuffers never ship in the child’s package.
They ship separately in top secret packaging, addressed to the Parent or Guardian at the child’s address.
Because they are a separate shipment, there will be a separate shipping charge if purchased in the same checkout as the child's package.
