✏️ How can I edit my shipping or other items?Updated a month ago

You can easily make changes to your order as long as the status is “Unfulfilled” in your Member Account. Here's what you can edit: 

🌲 How to Make Changes:

1. Log into your Member Account

2. Go to Order History

3. Find the Order Number you want to update

4. Click Manage Order

   • To edit the shipping address, scroll down past the receipt

5. Use the Edit buttons next to each item to make your updates! 🎅✨

📝 Editable Items:

• Shipping Name & Address

• Billing Address

• Santa Letter

• Nice Certificate

• Santa Photo

• Santa Flight Plan

• Friendship Certificates

• Parchment Nice List Book

• North Pole Newspaper
