How do I update my shipping address or other items?Updated 3 days ago
You can make changes to your order from your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account while your Santa Letter is still eligible for editing.
If an Edit button is available in your order details, the item is still eligible to be changed.
✨ You can update things like:
- Shipping Address
- Santa Letter
- Nice Certificate
- Santa Photo
- Santa Flight Plan
- Friendship Certificates
- Parchment Nice List Book
🎅 How to make changes
- Log in to your Member Account.
- Open Order History.
- Find the order for the child you need to update.
- Click Manage Order.
- Use the available Edit options to make and save your changes.
🏠 Need to change the shipping address?
If your order shows Unfulfilled or Partially Fulfilled and an Edit option is available, you can update the shipping address directly in your Member Account.
⏰ Please make changes as soon as possible. Orders can move into production quickly, and once the edit option is no longer available, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
