You can easily make changes to your order if the status shows "Unfulfilled" in your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account. 

✨ This includes updates to:

• Santa Letter
• Nice Certificate
• Santa Photo
• Santa Flight Plan
• Friendship Certificates
• Parchment Nice List Book
• North Pole Newspaper

✨ Here’s how to make changes:

• Log in to your Member Account.
• Go to Order History.
• Locate the Order Number you'd like to update.
• Click Manage Order.
  • To edit shipping, scroll past the receipt area.
• Use the Edit buttons next to each item to make your changes.

👉 Need to update shipping name and/or address? 
Please contact us HERE and provide the address as such:

Child first and last name
Address line 1
Address line 2 (apt #, lot, ste, etc)
City, State, 5 digit Zip Code
