After pre-ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation and access to your Member Account.

Here’s how to personalize your Santa Letter Package:

1. Log in to your Member Account

2. Go to Order History

3. Find your Pre-Order number

4. Click Personalize on the package

5. Complete all personalization fields

6. Submit to receive a shippable order number

🎁 If your package includes bonus items, you’ll need to return to your Member Account after your shippable order is created to personalize those separately!
