To enjoy the Santa Call experience, follow these jolly steps:
Uninstall and Reinstall:
Already have the app? Please delete it and reinstall the latest Santa Call APP to be sure you are using the most updated version.Log In:
Use your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account email. Same email used if you placed an order on our site. You will receive a 6-digit passcode by email to complete the login. Be sure to check your spam/junk fold or promotions folder if you have a gmail account.Elf Tip – See Santa’s Face & Child’s Photo During the Call:
Make sure the Santa Call APP is installed on the device that will receive the call and that the child is with the person who owns that device.Enable Notifications:
When prompted, tap “YES” to Push Notifications. This ensures you'll be alerted when the call is ready. If not enabled, the call will not come through. However, once you open the APP, you will be able to have the call come in immediately, or feel free to reschedule it!
🎄 How It Works:
At the scheduled time, you'll see a "Swipe to confirm incoming call" alert.
Swipe and enter your Elf Passcode.
Review the call details.
Start the call immediately or delay it if you need more time to prepare and have the child ready.
