You can view your order status, shipping method, and tracking number (if available) by logging into your

USPS Ground Advantage / Priority / UPS | ✅ Yes | You’ll receive tracking by email + in your Member Account |
🎄 USPS First-Class orders may arrive separately and as late as Christmas Eve.
Still Can’t Find Tracking?
Here are a few reasons why:
- Your Order Might Not Have Gone Through
- Double-check your email receipt or credit card statement. If you don’t see a charge, you may not have completed checkout.
- You Ordered from a Different Website
- Make sure you placed your order on PackageFromSanta.com
- Canada Orders
- Some Canadian shipments (Platinum Packages) may experience customs delays, and tracking may pause temporarily.
