Step 1: Check Your Email for Tracking Info

Once your package ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if tracking is included with your shipping method).

Tip: Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders—sometimes our North Pole elves get flagged as too magical.

Step 2: Log in to Your Member Account

You can view your order status, shipping method, and tracking number (if available) by logging into your

Step 3: Know Your Shipping Method

USPS Ground Advantage / Priority / UPS✅ YesYou’ll receive tracking by email + in your Member Account

🎄 USPS First-Class orders may arrive separately and as late as Christmas Eve. 


Still Can’t Find Tracking?

Here are a few reasons why:

  1. Your Order Might Not Have Gone Through
    • Double-check your email receipt or credit card statement. If you don’t see a charge, you may not have completed checkout.
  2. You Ordered from a Different Website
  3. Canada Orders
    • Some Canadian shipments (Platinum Packages) may experience customs delays, and tracking may pause temporarily.
