How do I update my shipping address or other items?Updated a month ago

You can easily make changes to your order if the status shows "Unfulfilled" in your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account. 

✨ This includes updates to:

• Shipping Name and Address
• Santa Letter
• Nice Certificate
• Santa Photo
• Santa Flight Plan
• Friendship Certificates
• Parchment Nice List Book
• North Pole Newspaper

✨ Here’s how to make changes:

1. Log in to your Member Account.
2. Go to Order History.
3. Locate the Order Number you'd like to update.
4. Click Manage Order.
   • To edit shipping, scroll past the receipt area.
5. Use the Edit buttons next to each item to make your changes.

Track your order in your Member Account.
