Want to upgrade your Santa letter package at PackageFromSanta.com?

1: Check Your Order Status

Ensure your order is 'Unfulfiled' and hasn't shipped by logging into your Member Account.

2: Contact Us for the Upgrade

• Go to Order History and note your order number.
• Contact us with your order number and desired upgrade (e.g., “I'd like to upgrade #12345 to Platinum”).

3: What Happens Next?

Upgrades must happen before your order ships. If it's unfulfiled we'll be able to cancel and refund your order and have you replace your order with the upgraded package.  

If it's already on its way, we can discuss options like adding items separately to have shipped directly to a parent.
