If you've placed an order but want to upgrade your Santa letter package (e.g., from Silver to Gold or Platinum), we're here to help. Due to our system setup, upgrades aren't automatic, but our elves can guide you through it quickly.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PackageFromSanta.com  Member Account
2. Go to "Order History" and note your current order number.
3. Contact our support team, and provide your order number and the upgrade you'd like (e.g., "Upgrade #12345 to Platinum").
4. We'll upgrade your original order (if unshipped), issue a request for additonal payment for the difference.. 

Note: Upgrades must happen before your order ships. If it's already on its way, we can discuss options like adding items separately.
