How do I upgrade my Santa package?Updated 15 days ago

An existing Santa Letter Package cannot be changed to a different package level, but cancellation may still be possible while the order is Unfulfilled

🎅 How to check your order status

1. Log in to your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account.
2. Go to Order History.
3. Find your Santa Letter Package and check its order status.

If your order shows Unfulfilled and has not entered Processing, please contact us ASAP with your order number. If the order is still eligible to be canceled, our team can cancel the original order so you can place a new order for the package you would prefer.

Please wait until your cancellation has been confirmed before assuming the original order has been canceled.

🎄 What if my order says Processing?

If your order shows Processing, it has already entered production. At that point, a cancellation cannot be made and the order cannot be changed or upgraded.

Because Santa Letter Packages are personalized and move quickly through production, our team is unable to reopen or stop an order once production has begun.
