How Does Pre-Ordering a Santa Letter Work?Updated a month ago

At PackageFromSanta.com, pre-ordering lets you secure your Santa letter packages early! ✨

 Available for Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum, here’s how it works:

1. Visit our homepage and add your desired packages to the cart, selecting 'Personalize Later' (Pre-Order) for each.
   
   
2. Complete checkout—you’ll pay only for the packages, with no shipping costs yet since addresses aren’t set. Once your order is placed, you will receive a 'pre-order' order number.  
   👉 A Member Account will be created for you if you’re new—no password needed, just use your email.
   
   
3. Later, you can log in to your Member Account, find your pre-order in Order History, and click 'Redeem Now' to personalize each Santa Letter Package.
   
   
4. Enter the child’s details (name, age, etc.), confirm the child's name and ship to address, and shipping charges will be added. Complete the checkout and you’ll then get a shippable order number. If you order multiple pre-orders you will need to go back to your account to click on any other red 'Personalize Now' button in your original Pre-Order, as each order is a separate transaction.
