At Package From Santa®, we understand how important it is to ensure your magical gifts arrive safely. That’s why we offer Package Protection, a service designed to give you peace of mind during the busy holiday season.

What Does Package Protection Cover?
  • Your package is lost: If your order goes missing while in transit, we’ll work quickly to replace it.
  • Your package is damaged: Should your items arrive damaged, we’ll take care of getting a replacement to you as soon as possible.
  • Your package is stolen: If your package is marked as delivered but not found, we may ask for additional details to process your claim and ensure a replacement is sent your way.
How Do I Add Package Protection?
You can add Package Protection to your order during the checkout process. It’s a small additional charge that provides a big sense of security!

Tip: If you didn’t add Package Protection when you placed your order but would like to, just reach out to us before your order ships, and we’ll be happy to help.

What Happens If I Need to File a Claim?
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, simply contact our Customer Service Elves. We’ll guide you through the process of replacing your items and making sure they arrive safely. You won't need to file a claim, as Santa's Elves will do it for you! 😉
