We know you're excited to receive your magical Santa Letter Package—here’s everything you need to know about when it will ship!

📦 Shipping Start Date

• We begin shipping on November 12th this season.

• Orders placed on or before November 12th will begin shipping starting November 12th & 14th, in the order they were received.

🚚 Processing Time After November 12th

• Orders placed on or after November 12th typically ship within 48–72 hours.

• After the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, we begin daily shipping (Monday through Friday), and orders ship within 24–48 hours.

• 🎄 Please note: We do not ship on weekends.

✉️ What Happens After My Package Ships?

• If you selected a trackable shipping method, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

• If you selected First Class (untracked) shipping, rest assured your package is still on the way—you just won’t receive tracking information.

• Always check your spam or promotions folders for your confirmation and tracking emails.
