When Will My Santa Letter Package Ship?Updated 11 days ago

We know you're excited to receive your magical Santa Letter Package—here’s everything you need to know about when it will ship!

📦 Shipping Start Date

• We begin shipping on November 12th this season.

• Orders placed on or before November 12th will begin shipping starting November 12th & 14th, in the order they were received.

🚚 Processing Time After November 12th

• Orders placed on or after November 12th typically ship within 48–72.

• After the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, we begin daily shipping (Monday through Friday), and orders ship within 48-72 hours.

• 🎄 Please note: We do not ship on weekends. 

• Last day shipping before Christmas: Order by 12/22 to ship on 12/23. 

• Orders placed 12/23 - 12/28 will not ship early week of 12/29

• Closed 12/24 & 12/25,

Reasons for delayed shipments: Unfortunately, things can happen during the holiday rush which are out of our control. 

✉️ What Happens After My Package Ships?

• If you selected a trackable shipping method, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

• If you selected First Class (untracked) shipping, rest assured your package is still on the way—you just won’t receive tracking information.

• Always check your spam or promotions folders for your confirmation and tracking emails.

If you ordered more than one Santa Letter Package:

• They may ship separately and arrive on different days, even if shipped on the same day.
