Why "Shop' App shows “Partially Delivered”Updated 3 days ago

If you're using the Shop app to track your Package From Santa® order, you might see a status that says "Partially Delivered." This can be confusing — especially if you're still waiting on your Santa Letter Package!


Here’s why this happens:

  • Your order includes digital bonus items (videos, printable letters, Elf notes, etc.) powered by MagicArthur.com

  • These digital items are fulfilled through your Member Account and are automatically marked as "fulfilled" in Shopify once available

  • Your Santa letter package has not yet shipped, but you will receive an official shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the North Pole. 😁

💬 USPS First Class shipments do not come with tracking, so you won't be able to track your package in the 'Shop' App.
