 First, ensure your order was placed with PackageFromSanta.com, as we do send automated email receipts. Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if using Gmail. 

 Check your credit card statement. It should display "PackageFromSanta.com" and our contact number, 866-894-4789.

 It's possible the order was made using a different email or there was a typo in the email address you entered. Please double-check. Due to our uniquely crafted site, we can't modify email addresses for accounts.

Customers do have to create an account when placing an order, on our site. Please log into your account, and see if you can locate your order in your dashboard.
