Scheduling a Santa Call adds extra magic for your child! Here’s how to set one up easily:

1. Download the FREE Santa Call App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) 

2. Log in using your PackageFromSanta.com Member Account email (no password needed; you’ll get a secure code).

3. Create or enter your Elf Passcode (for parents’ eyes only), then select “Schedule Call.”

4. Choose a time, enter your child’s details (name, age, etc.), and pick a message theme. Calls can go to a landline, cell, or play in-app.

5. Confirm the scheduled call. If you miss it, replay options are available under the voice message in the app.
