Due to unprecedented USPS delays every holiday season, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. The USPS and UPS are alway working hard to get packages delivered before Christmas. They do deliver on Christmas Eve.
USPS First Class does not have tracking (Note: 'Shop' will NOT track First Class Shipments). However, to check the status of your order, please log into your Member Account. If you selected a shipping method with tracking, we do update our tracking information as soon as it is available. You will also receive an email once your package is shipped, along with tracking (if you selected that type of method).
📌 Note: Multiple packages shipped on the same day and/or to the same address could arrive on different days if separated during transit.
🎅 Please be sure to check your Spam folder or the 'Promotions' tab (for Gmail users) — sometimes our North Pole emails get lost in there.
