If you're having trouble tracking your order, here are a few possible reasons:
🔍 1. Did You Order from Package From Santa®?
Check your email receipt or credit card statement to confirm your order was placed with Package From Santa®. If you don’t see a receipt, your order may not have gone through or you may have ordered from another site.
🎁 2. USPS First-Class Doesn't Include Tracking
If you chose USPS First-Class shipping, it doesn’t come with tracking. Your order is on the way, but tracking info isn't available for this shipping method.
🖥️ 3. Log into Your Member Account
Log into your Member Account to confirm your order and check the shipping method. If you chose Ground Advantage, Priority, or UPS with tracking, the tracking # would have been emailed to you.
🇨🇦 4. Canada Platinum & Package Orders & Customs
Package orders shipped to Canada, customs may cause delays. Tracking may pause while your package is processed.
