Already have a Magic Arthur account? No problem.

If you already created a Magic Arthur account, you can still redeem the Magic Arthur bonus included with your personalized Santa Letter Package.

To make sure your 20 Magic Arthur credits connect correctly, redeem your bonus through your Package From Santa® Member Account.

Here’s how it works:

1. Log into your Package From Santa® Member Account using the email you used at checkout.

2. Open your personalized Santa Letter Package order.

3. Find the Magic Arthur bonus section.

4. Click Redeem Now.

5. When prompted, use the same email connected to your existing Magic Arthur account.

If the same email is used, your Package From Santa bonus should connect to your existing Magic Arthur account.

Have more than one Santa Letter Package?
You only need to click Redeem Now once. Credits from your eligible Santa Letter Packages will be combined in your Magic Arthur account. There is no need to redeem each order separately.

Magic Arthur items are digital only. Nothing from Magic Arthur is shipped inside your child’s Santa Letter Package.
