Why do I have multiple order numbers and items?Updated 21 hours ago

If you see multiple order numbers and items on your receipt, after ordering at PackageFromSanta.com, it’s all part of the magic! 🎅 Here’s why:

Follow these steps:

  1. Check your email confirmation as each package personalized with 'Personalize Now' gets its own shippable order number.
  2. For 'Personalize Later' (Pre-Order) packages, gets its own order number (non-shippable) Once each package is redeemed and personalized, you receive a shippable number.
  3. Multiple orders can also happen if you bought packages separately and then added items like stocking stuffers under another separate order.
  4. You may also see multiple items on your receipt due to the Magic Arthur Bonus Items which are non-shippable bonuses. Your Member Account will show 'Fulfilled'. If you have track in 'Shop' it will show as delivered. It's a digital so it has to be considered 'Fulfilled/Shipped' in the software world.
