If you see multiple order numbers and items on your receipt, after ordering at PackageFromSanta.com, it’s all part of the magic! 🎅 Here’s why:
Follow these steps:
- Check your email confirmation as each package personalized with 'Personalize Now' gets its own shippable order number.
- For 'Personalize Later' (Pre-Order) packages, gets its own order number (non-shippable) Once each package is redeemed and personalized, you receive a shippable number.
- Multiple orders can also happen if you bought packages separately and then added items like stocking stuffers under another separate order.
- You may also see multiple items on your receipt due to the Magic Arthur Bonus Items which are non-shippable bonuses. Your Member Account will show 'Fulfilled'. If you have track in 'Shop' it will show as delivered. It's a digital so it has to be considered 'Fulfilled/Shipped' in the software world.
